Finance

The Finance Committee meets monthly to review the latest financial reports. It periodically informs the Board of our financial status and alerts the Board to any significant variances. It establishes financial policies and procedures in order to ensure appropriate financial controls are in place. In consultation with various church committees, and following Board guidelines, the committee develops the Operating Budget for the following fiscal year for approval by the Board and then by the congregation.
