Transition News - Mission Accomplished!!

On Sunday, May 7, at a special congregational meeting our membership voted to call Margaret Haynes Allen to be our next Associate Minister. It was a magnificent and memorable day. The Bell Choir rang out the good news and we all sang "You Gotta Have Heart" with great gusto as we embraced Margie and her heart opening ministry into our commmunity.

At this culmination of our many months of work, I speak on behalf our entire Serach Committee in saying that we have been honored to have served you and to have contributed in this way to the foward movement of our congregation. And I, as chair of the committee, am most grateful to have worked along side this talented and generous group of individuals whose love for and commitment to this church infused every aspect of our work with the utmost thoughtfulness and care.
